The Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts Visual Resources Center (VRC) DIDO Image Bank provides pedagogical images encompassing the full breadth of art historical periods and media. The Image Bank contains over 75,000 images of art, architecture, and material culture.

This compendium of digitized images permits use and access via a graphic web browser. The images are presented in two or three sizes: a thumbnail, a medium sized jpg (800x600), and for many images, a larger jpg (1024 x 768) which is best for Power Point presentations. Access to the images is available through keyword search.

The images in the DIDO database have been made available to the students, faculty, and staff of Indiana University for use in research, teaching and private study. For any other use, please contact the VRC.

The DIDO Image Bank is proud to be part of the IU Digital Library Program.

Please report any problems to the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts Visual Resources Center (VRC), or visit us in the Fine Arts Library, Room 254, at Indiana University Bloomington.
